This barn was built in 1845 by one of Stafford’s earliest settlers, Nathaniel Watson. Watson’s diaries are in the archives of the LeRoy Historical Society. The barn quilt was painted for Bernice and Marvin Skelton and is symbolic of the crops that were grown in this region.
